Problem: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2018 Holiday Rambler Admiral XE, Fleetwood Storm, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, 2018-2025 Fleetwood Flair, 2020-2024 Fleetwood Fortis, 2020-2025 Holiday Rambler Invicta, 2018-2023 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, and 2018-2019 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE motorhomes, equipped with the HappiJac drop down bed option. The front overhead cabinet fasteners can break, allowing the overhead cabinet to detach.
Risk: A cabinet that detaches while the vehicle is in motion can distract the driver, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will inspect and install new hardware and fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 7, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240809REV.

Problem: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Invicta, Navigator, Admiral, Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Pace Arrow, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Fortis, Flair, 2023 Fleetwood Flex and Holiday Rambler Eclipse motorhomes. The service valves on the LPG tanks may have improper thread depth, which can cause a propane leak.
Risk: A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will inspect and if necessary replace the service valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 20, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

Problem: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Fleetwood Jamboree, 2020-2023 Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2021-2023 Fleetwood Discovery, Discovery LXE, Holiday Rambler Navigator, Armada, Nautica, 2023 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, 2021 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE, 2018 Holiday Rambler Vesta, 2022-2023 Fleetwood Frontier, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, Holiday Rambler Endeavor, and 2019 Holiday Rambler Augusta motorhomes. The hydraulic lines may have been improperly routed, secured, or protected, which can result in a hydraulic fluid leak.
Risk: A hydraulic fluid leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will inspect the hydraulic hoses for chafing or heat damage, and install hose protection, or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 28, 2022. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

Problem: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Fleetwood Flair, Bounder, Southwind and Fortis and Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Invicta, and Admiral motorhomes equipped with a Dometic propane gas stove, model R1731 or R2131 manufactured November 2018 or later or model S31 manufactured November 2018 or later. In certain stove serial number ranges, a gas leak may occur in the cooking stove.
Risk: A gas leak can increase the risk of a fire.
Fix: REV will notify owners, and Dometic dealers will repair the affected stoves, free of charge. The recall began December 2, 2020. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

I was doing a pre-buy inspection on a 2021 Fleetwood Fortis with approx. 1300 miles on it. As I walked up to the vehicle after it was brought up to front of dealership I could hear what sounded like noisy lifters. I looked at engine from over front passenger side front wheel and could see arching across a separated ignition wire. I know Ford has had an issue with ignition wires on their new 7.3 Triton engine. But why hasn't a recall been issued? I would think that this is a serious safety issue. The other question I have is - Did Ford authorize the faulty wires because the right wires were not available?

2021 FLEETWOOD FORTIS. CONSUMER WRITES REGARDING VARIOUS ISSUES WITH VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE A/C WOULD BLOW HOT AIR AND LEAK, THE VEHICLE WAS MISSING SCREWS/WASHERS/NUTS CAUSING LOUD VIBRATIONS, OUTSIDE STORAGE DOORS DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY, AWNING WAS LOOSE,TRIM ON ETRANCE FALLS OFF,CLOSET FLOOR WAS BROKEN,FRONT TABLE LEG MISSING, VARIOUS DOORS WERE POORLY INSTALLED, FRONT LICENSE PLATE SUPPORT MISSING, DRIVER SEAT DOESN'T SWIVEL, WATER LEAKING UNDER KITCHEN CABINENT, WATER LEAKING ON ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, AND KITCHEN DRAWERS WERE POORLY INSTALLED. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED AND BE FULLY REIMBURSED.

Loose Lug Nuts (7 total) 2021 Fleetwood Fortis 36DB Ford F53 Chassis. 26k . While walking my dog and passing by my RV, I happened to look at my passenger side rear wheel and noticed a lug nut extremely loose. I walked over, and by hand, with one twist, I removed the lug nut. After proceeding around my vehicle, I removed 7 lug nuts in total... BY HAND... NOT with a tool. Passenger side rear (1) passenger side front (1) drivers side front (3) drivers side rear (2). I have had the vehicle since 2/12/21 and it arrived with about 200 miles on it. (Delivery from plant in Indiana to Ohio) It now has almost 3000 miles. It has the 22.5 aluminum Alcoa wheels. The Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) received a petition on November 21, 2025, requesting a defect investigation to âdetermine whether the absence of a redundant mechanical wheel-fastener locking mechanism constitutes a safety-related defect in motor vehicles and motor-vehicle equipmentâ in the heavy-vehicle sector. On March 4, 2026, NHTSA opened Defect Petition DP26002 to evaluate the petitioner's request. The petition itself can be reviewed at NHTSA.gov under ODI number 11703245. The petitioner focused on all vehicles utilizing the 10-285.75 mm bolt wheels, also known as 10 Hole 22.5" Hub Pilot Wheels, as the subject of the petition.
