M RELOCATION, INC WAS MOVING AN INDIVIDUAL WITH AN 18 WHEELER ONTO THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY THAT I MANAGE. WHILE DRIVING ON MY PROPERTY, THE DRIVER DESTROYED A SECTION OF LANDSCAPING AND THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. THE DRIVER REFUSED TO GIVE INSURANCE INFORMATION. *TR

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 (NA) VOLVO 660. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE CONTACT SUDDENLY LOST ALL STEERING CONTROL. HE COULD NOT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT. THE CONTACT EXAMINED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE STEERING DRAG LINK HAD SEPARATED FROM THE FRONT AXLE. THE CONTACT DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCES IN THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 479,522.
