Problem: Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2021 Trail 125 (CT125A) motorcycles. The gearshift pedal arm weld may fail, possibly resulting in the pedal breaking off the motorcycle.

Risk: A broken or detached gearshift pedal can increase the risk of a crash or injury.

Fix: Dealers will replace the gearshift pedal assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 10, 2021. Owners may contact Honda Powersports customer service at 1-866-784-1870. Honda's number for this recall is KM8.

Recall repairs are free at any authorised dealer. A recall listed here may already have been fixed on a particular car: enter its 17-character VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls to see open recalls.
