I am writing to formally submit a dangerous and sudden electrical system failure on my 2024 Jeep Wagoneer. I purchased this vehicle brand new from Lee Jeep in Wilson, NC and it currently has only 38,000 milesâjust 2,000 miles past the standard factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. This issue represents a severe safety hazard and appears to be a direct, consequential chain reaction resulting from a dealer-performed service and software flash completed just 1,000 miles ago. Chronology of Events: 37,000 Miles: The vehicle's thermostat failed. Lee Jeep replaced the thermostat and performed a required computer system software update. 38,000 Miles: Immediately following these updates, the vehicle…

I own a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer Series III equipped with the Hurricane Inline-6 engine. The vehicle has experienced multiple intermittent operating events in which the vehicle displayed a message directing the driver to place the vehicle in PARK and restart the vehicle. The events have occurred under multiple driving conditions, including: While driving in a parking lot. While operating in slow-moving highway traffic. While exiting a freeway at higher speed. At least two events involved what appeared to be automatic engagement of the electronic parking brake while the vehicle was moving. Following these events, the vehicle required a PARK-and-RESTART cycle before normal operation resumed. The…

Third time while driving the car just stops stays on drive but car is completely dead. Have to put in park and turn off and on car to go. Also have a few times of the car is in a parking spot and then go to reverse stop limit brakes and it wonât let you go when you put it into drive. It does the same thing and itâs stuck until you turn the car off and back on.. The most scary thing is twice itâs been in the middle of the intersection that itâs died today. It happened for the fourth time three times in a row. I have taken my car into Jeep and has been there for over 69 days in total for many different electrical issues. They keep blaming it on the battery these in corrosion. I…

I have taken my vehicle in several times to get it checked out regarding an issue i have been having since the beginning of the year. I have a severe, recurring engine-stalling safety defect. The vehicle has been in the shop in Boerne texas several times. The engine completly dies, requiring a full manual key/button cycle to restart in/out of traffic. It cuts the power steering and forces the vehicle into park, these are safety issues since at times i sit in traffic for two hours or when i have my newborn grandson traveling with me when i have to travel out of city.

Within less than 24 hours of picking the vehicle up from the thermostat repair on XXX6, it began shutting off on its own and losing engine RPM, including while being driven on the freeway and while stopped at a red light. It shut off completely on its own two times in the first 24 hours back in my possession, with no warning that the vehicle was about to lose power. Losing power on the freeway risks a sudden loss of motive power at highway speed and a high-speed collision, and shutting off at a red light risks being unable to move out of an intersection or accelerate away from a hazard, with a heightened risk of being struck. During these failures the vehicle displayed a battery warning…
