I have had this car in three times for electrical issues related to the Hybred battery. This car had a recall for the battery and I took it in on [XXX] for the recall. The fix for this recall was not to fix the battery but rather to limit the amount the battery can be charged to 80-85%%. Prior to [XXX] the hybred battery would charge upto 27 miles or 11.4 to 11.6 kwh. After the recall fix, again which was just a software update to limit the charge, it is now at 20-21 miles or 9.8 to 10.0 kwh charge. This has reduced the miles of driving on battery only to a 15% plus decrease. I bought this car for the hybred performance and would not have bought for only 20 miles of battery life. I have…

Recall 25SC4 software update would reduce the EV only range by as much as 20% below the Wikndow Sticker 27 miles. This action does not correct the problem which caused the recall. The root cause is a manufacturing flaw in the Samsung SDI battery cells where the thin separator layer between the cathode and anode was damaged. An internal short circuit can happen spontaneously due to this physical imperfection regardless of whether the battery is fully charged, partially charged, or actively discharging while driving. The recall does not correct the problem.

The manufacturer's interim safety instructions for Recall 26V091 are failing. Lincoln instructs drivers to use Pure EV mode to prevent battery fires. However, the Corsair's software actively overrides Pure EV mode, automatically turning on the gas engine and completely defeating the safety mitigation. Furthermore, the authorized dealership (Evergreen Ford WA) refuses to take the vehicle. Consumers are stranded with unmitigated fire risks due to software overriding the manufacturer's own safety protocols. While no incident, yet, as I have opted to simply not charge the battery at all to stay safe, I do not believe, based on my dialogue, that this is a safe vehicle, and they are refusing to…

We took delivery of the vehicle in March 2025. The vehicle has never been involved in any accident or collision during our possession. ⢠In April 2026, we discovered that the passenger-side rear brake light was no longer functioning. ⢠Upon inspection, dealership personnel informed me that a small crackâapproximately one inch in lengthâin the plastic housing of the driver-side rear turn signal allegedly allowed moisture intrusion that ultimately caused the passenger-side brake light failure. ⢠I was further advised that the repair would not be covered under warranty and was presented with an estimate totaling $1,377.54 (copy enclosed). ⢠The dealership speculated that the crack…
