The car just did not start the morning I was headed to work. I had someone inspect my vehicle as I was unsure why is just randomly stopped working It has not been inspected by the manufacturer I did not get no warning of some sort it just didnât start one morning

Transmission has filled me twice now. The first time the transmission out was when the car is at approximately 42,000 miles. The first time it went out we were able to pull over safely, but it just gave out while going high speeds on the highway. The second time was luckily in my neighborhood where we were able to coast it back home. Both times not much warning was given. The first time was the one that put us and others at risk being on a road with 60+ speed limits.

I rear-ended a car after they came to a complete stop at a green light on a road with a 50mph speed limit. I attempted to stop but in the rain my car hydroplaned, and I hit them. Upon impact my seatbelt did not lock up and my airbags didn't deploy despite the fact that I was going at least 20mph. I ended up hitting the steering wheel pretty hard and still have pain, spasms, and soreness.

The contact owns a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. The contact stated that the front passengerâs side seat belt was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed that the front passengerâs seat belt pretensioner needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was out of warranty. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
