The vehicle was towed to a local dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired since the extended warranty had expired, and the vehicle had a Salvage Title. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer, where it remained for further investigation. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000.

The battery constantly fails and the hydrogen system will suddenly shutoff bringing the vehicle to an abrupt stop while driving or in traffic. The steering and braking system stops working when this happens.

Wrong infrastructure was presented to me for the following six years of purchasing the vehicle as the fueling station is always down and malfunctioning which means I cannot drive the car and when I called and spoke to a Mirai agent by the name of [XXX] to request a rental to go to work today on August 16th 2023 he refused saying that I need to drive further away from where I live to a station that he claims is within range which means loss of money, mileage and time if I am able to do so because I need to drive a distance back to where I live and then to work, please help.
