- Wheels
On two separate occasions, the vehicle's left rear wheel studs have broken off clean with the hub and both rear dual wheels departed the vehicle while in motion. This issue was reported to the local FORD dealer and they reported that they do not know why this is happening. This has happened to five (5) of our other vehicles as well. I am a fleet manager for an EMS service and we have a total of ten (10) of these Ford chassis. The wheels coming off present a hazard to oncoming traffic not to mention the safety of our team members and patients being transported on our ambulances. We sent the vehicle to Kilgore Ford in Kilgore, Texas and they advised they are not sure how this keeps happening.…

Lifters in engine is going out. Ford has made a TSBs for repair because lifters and camshaft was made by a third party and they are defect. Here is Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 25-2200). Vehicle is available for inspection. It was put at risk because vehicle could loose power at any time and potential crash into another car. The problem has been reproduced in 4 different Ford vehicles. Has not been inspected by manufacturer or others. No warning lights were present.

The brand new JAYCO GREWHAWK is making a whining sound from the chassis. I have not even driven it more than 50 miles. this vehicle needs to be recalled for whatever chassis issues or it could be transmission issues. I will take it back to FORD but this is really bad on ford to sell brand new RVs with such whining sound coming from the chassis. Please alert the new owners about the issues . thank you, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
