NHTSA recall 21V667000 · Aug 26, 2021 · 5,146 vehicles
Problem: Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2021-2022 F-Type, 2020-2021 F-Pace, and 2021 XF vehicles. The seat belt automatic locking retractors may deactivate early, which can prevent the child restraint system from securing properly.
Risk: An unsecured child restraint system can increase the risk of injury during a crash.
Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt assemblies as necessary, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed October 20, 2021. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H378.

NHTSA recall 21V118000 · Feb 25, 2021 · 455 vehicles
Problem: Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC. (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Jaguar F-Pace vehicles. The Auto High Beam (AHB) system does not indicate through the instrument cluster when the high beams are illuminated automatically. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Risk: The driver may be unaware that the high beams are illuminated, reducing visibility for oncoming traffic, and increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. The recall began April 2, 2021. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H332.
Recall repairs are free at any authorised dealer. A recall listed here may already have been fixed on a particular car: enter its 17-character VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls to see open recalls.

Dec 13, 2024Seat belts The rear seat belts do not retract back nor do they lock in place. You either have to pull and play with them to get them to work properly or they will not work at all!

Jan 7, 2025Unknown or other Right auxiliary radiator leaks due to the placement and manufacturing of materials used. This can cause car to overheat without warning till it's too late. The coolant odometer just goes high without gradual warning. I looked up possible coolant leaks and dozens of people had the exact same issue. I'm trying to figure out why they're hasn't been a recall on this exact issue when this is jaguars biggest issue. Seems like a ticking time bomb for customers and money grab from Jaguar.
May 11, 2024Electrical system 1. ENTIRE engine. And yes (itâs been sitting since May 2024 at Scottsdale AZ JLR) 2. The day after I filled coolant for a 'low coolant' check engine light, my car smoked going uphill and nearly caught fire. I pulled over just in time, then had to walk 2 miles at night, in 30°F weather, without cell service, in the desert. This is a known issue affecting thousands of similar cars, with a Facebook group of nearly 19,000 members reporting the same risksâcars smoking or blowing up without warning, even when serviced per JLRâs recommendations. JLR is refusing to honor warranties, and some incidents have resulted in complete vehicle fires. My attorney advised me to report this and share…
Nov 18, 2024Electrical system Battery is drained every time I get an emissions inspection. Next day I have to get it charged and take it the dealer for a "software hard-rest." Supposed to fix problem but every year I have the same issue. Never a SW fix available.
