Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Carbon, Fuzion, Impact, and Raptor travel trailers. The fuel station controller may fail.
Risk: A failure of the fuel station controller increases the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will inspect the circuit protection and install a 15-amp fuse and a box to protect the fuel station controller, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 5, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 23-439.
Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Alpine, Avalanche, 2020-2023 Fuzion and Impact travel trailers. The hydraulic leveling leg foot pads may become loose and separate from the vehicle.
Risk: A foot pad that separates during transit can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will inspect the mounting bolt and reinstall with thread locking adhesive, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 10, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-437.
Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021 Fuzion recreational trailers (models 357, 369, 373, 379, 419, 424, 427, 429 and 430) and 2021 Impact recreational trailers (models 343, 359, 367 and 415). The auxiliary fuel supply tank mounting straps may have been improperly secured with grade 2 bolts instead of grade 5 bolts.
Risk: The grade 2 bolts may break under certain conditions, causing the auxiliary fuel supply tank to detach, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash and/or fire.
Fix: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and replace the tank strap mounting bolts, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began October 2, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-385.
Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Keystone Fuzion (models 357, 369, 373, 379, 419, 424, 427, 429 and 430) and Impact (models 26V, 28V, 29V, 311, 317, 330, 343, 359, 367 and 415) toy hauler travel trailers. The generator transfer switch may be incorrectly wired with the transfer switch "Line" wiring (shore cord) and "Load" wiring (power center wiring) reversed, allowing the generator power to energize the shore power connection.
Risk: A generator that is able to energize the shore power connection may increase the risk of injury.
Fix: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will run the generator to check for the proper power output, correcting the wiring as necessary, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-382. Note: If there is no power inside the unit while the generator is running, owners are instructed to discontinue using the generator until the recall remedy is performed.

Mar 26, 2024Unknown or other 3/24 Fuzion 5th wh annual warranty inspection was completed. 4/24 bedroom slide out frame came loose from slide while in TX. we were able to make temp repairs & returning home contacted manufacturer regarding what we thought was structural issue. Keystone denied coverage, scheduled out of pocket repair with local dealer. Dealer quoted estimate, we delivered unit, they failed to even start repairs after 2 wks as promised. so far the temp repair was holding, but contacted Keystone to schedule them to repair. They were booked for months but referred us to Affinity RV in Goshen IN. Last week we delivered the unit for repair , they discovered flex frame damage outside & inside the unit. Affinity…

The contact stated that he noticed that the external sidewall had a crack that had originated from the front slide. The RV was taken to a dealer who diagnosed the failure as a normal crack and installed silicone in the crack. The contact stated that as the crack had significantly expanded, the vehicle was taken to a second dealer; Campers Inn RV of Raleigh (1501 Outlet Center Dr, Selma, NC 27576) who was advised as the first dealer. The dealer patched the crack, but the failure persisted. The contact stated that the crack had significantly expanded. Oct 12, 2020 · 500 milesSuspension The contact owns a 2021 Keystone Nexus Viper. The contact stated that while hauling the water and gas tank, the weight caused the suspension and the frame to bend since the Gross Vehicle Weight rating was incorrect. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed with nothing needing to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle performed as designed. The contact received no further assistance. The failure mileage was 500.
