My 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid has intermittently displayed multiple safety-system malfunction warnings at the same time. The messages include âLTA Malfunction â Visit Your Dealer,â âPre-Collision System Malfunction â Visit Your Dealer,â âRSA Malfunction â Visit Your Dealer,â and âHeadlight System Malfunction â Visit Your Dealer.â This has occurred on two separate occasions. The warnings appear together and then later clear, making the problem intermittent. When the warnings are present, multiple advanced driver-assistance/safety features, including Lane Tracing Assist, Road Sign Assist, and the Pre-Collision System, are indicated as malfunctioning or unavailable. The…

* The suspension camber is extremely off from the factory * The tires are wearing abnormally, causing the steel mesh to become exposed while the tire still appears healthy from the outside * Yes, the problem has been reproduced, and is widespread * Yes, it's been inspected by the dealership, and Toyota corporate is doing everything they can to deny fixing it. * There were no warnings, and despite almost a dozen visits to dealerships for service, no one brought it up until I was outside the warranty coverage time.

I was stopped for one minute in a drive-thru, and when I took my foot off the brake to accelerate, the vehicle stalled. It told me "Engine Stopped Power Steering Low". I moved out of the drive-thru in neutral, turned off the car then turned it back on. Everything was okay and had no issues. At the time of the accident, my windshield wipers were on. My eninge's auto stop/start was also on. There was a safety risk because my car stalled out when starting up, causing me to have to turn off the car and turn it back on while stopped. I have not been able to reproduce the problem with my dealer yet. I have not had the vehicle inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representatives? I…

On 9/06/2026 my 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid was involved in a severe collision where the impact occured on the drivers side at the passenger door. The vehicle spun several times before coming to a stop. During the spins the front passenger door flew opening. My wife was sitting in the passenger seat her seatbelt successfully restrianted her preventing ejection and injury. However the unlatching of a non impacted door under rotational forces represents a catastrophic structural or mechanical latch failure that poses an imminent risk occupant ejection.

I own a 2024 Toyota RAV4. At approximately 38,300 miles, an authorized Toyota dealership diagnosed a failed rack-and-pinion/steering rack assembly that required replacement. Before the repair, I began noticing a squeaking noise when turning the steering wheel. The noise became progressively louder over time. The symptoms continued to worsen until the vehicle was inspected by the Toyota dealership. The vehicle has been regularly maintained, and there was no collision or other known event that would explain this failure. The steering rack required replacement only about 2,200 miles beyond Toyotaâs 36,000-mile basic warranty. Because the rack-and-pinion assembly is a critical steering…
