TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1991 FORD WINDSTAR. HE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTIFICATION REGARDING THE VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL. HE NOTIFIED SIX DIFFERENT AUTHORIZED DEALERS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE RECALL REMEDY REPAIR. HOWEVER, THE DEALER REFUSED TO SCHEDULE RECALL REPAIR APPOINTMENTS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. EVENTUALLY HE WAS ABLE TO LOCATE A DEALER THAT WAS WILLING TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
